"This company is amazing not only does the shipment come fast everytime they have the best customer service! Yesterday I had a delivery and fed ex delivered it to a locker which I did not have the code for, I called med spring and explained the issue and within 30 minutes had a call back from Andrew (nicest guy ever) and he left a message stating a new order would be shipped! That’s amazing because it was not their fault fed ex did this and not my fault either and originally I just called to see if I could use my 15% off again like the original order! Then this morning got an email the new shipment is on the way! They are the best!!!"

"Terrible company but not totally. Received email saying 15% discount for entire store. Not available from a computer so I had to install app on my phone. Then turns out discount not available on subscriptions. I then ordered multiples instead. Called customer service and they told me I should apply discount code at beginning of order. Not true, unavailable until final checkout. No order total amount displayed after discount, although it was applied. The good part. Price for my purchase was good. Shipping has been reliable in the past. Some big bucks CEO should try to use their web site. Then if he's/she's competent they'll fire the IT staff."

"Tried them for the first time and they had a glitch in their ordering process. It states it did not accept my billing address which is my home address. Every time I corrected the issue, it charged my credit card although the order was never confirmed. I now have 4 charges from this company. I called them this morning and they have no record of the order! Now I have put in a dispute with the credit card company. WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS SITE!!!"
