"This has been a doctor for me since I was a child . Never had an issue until this last visit . After an appointment was booked for a physical and a check up for an inhaler I was told they couldn’t do a physical even though it was would be the basic check up procedure they just did . The doctor comes in and sees the form and asked them to print it out the nurses flat out tell him no because they told me they’re not doing a physical that day I neeed to come back . He told them “ but it’s so simple everything is done you just need to fill it out . He tells me print it out and come back I do just that and they tell me 3 days I say no issue . I get a call saying they refuse to let him fill it out becuzse he didn’t do my vaccinations i repeat that he doesn’t need fo do them my job has them on file I just need my physical after going back and forth and showing them an old physical proving they were lying it is VERY doable they ask me to show them proof I had shot records . I show them my updated vacinations were done in 2021 they lie AGAIN telling me oh I need my vaccinations ( me and tigers ) done EVERY YEAR I show them another form for an annual assessment without the records needing to be on the form they tell me no they still won’t fill it out . All they had to do was put my height weight and vitals THATS it .I showed them every proof they asked for and was still lied to , had police called on me for being frustrated and then told “ don’t bother calling you still won’t speak to the doctor “ I will be reporting this pre rice as a whole lying to a patient who has PROOF all because you don’t want to do your job is NEVER okay . I’ve been in my field for 10 years and have had to get a physical EVERY YEAR for 10 years with the same company for 10 YEARS I think I know what I need and know when I’m being lied to"

"I have used Dr. Celentano’s office since 2001. While the wait is horrendous for walk ins the attention I get when I am seen is great. I have worked with Irene mostly who is wonderful and attentive and KIND. They work with me and my insurance. I don’t have any complaints other than the wait time on walk ins."
