We welcome new patients and returning patients with different conditions. To streamline your visit, please complete our All Patient Form and Medical History Questionnaire before your appointment. Additionally, fill out the relevant paperwork specific to your condition, such as the Neck Form or Back Form, to help us understand how your condition impacts your daily life.
Our practice is led by Gregory Beach, a Stony Brook University graduate with a degree in physical therapy. Greg is a seasoned expert in sports medicine, having trained college athletes and clients. He is also a certified full-body Active Release Techniques (ART) therapist, specializing in nerve entrapment, spinal, and extremity techniques. Greg is deeply involved in the community, volunteering and promoting active lifestyles in children by coaching soccer teams.
Izabela Beach, also a Stony Brook University graduate, is one of the few certified Schroth Therapists in Suffolk County. The Schroth method for scoliosis involves three-dimensional exercises aimed at elongating and correcting trunk and spine imbalances. Izabela is committed to continuous learning, incorporating Pilates and other techniques into her patient care.
