"They is absolutely no have hygiene practices in this building. Not one Purell dispenser available. The PAs and MAs do not wash their hand or perform hand hygiene."

"The facility is clean and Drs/NPs and PAs we have all seen are wonderful. Prompt service and wait is usually not long. Have come several times with both kids when we couldn’t get into regular pediatrician. On 4 different occasions when they were tested and cultured for strep, the cultures were never sent out. I had to call several times for over 2 weeks for someone to finally tell me they didn’t send the cultures out. Recently took my daughter in for uti. In office stick showed bacteria and blood, Dr said she would send out for culture to see what bacteria and make sure that the antibiotics she was going on would be strong enough and was told she would call when the results came in. This was 6/7, today 6/23 I have called 11 times since 6/12 for results of culture. Have been told they need to call the lab for results and someone will call me back. I cannot confirm if they have results since no one has ever called me back, but want people to know although the providers are wonderful the staff handling the lab work is not thorough. I have since switched to driving 25 minutes to take the kids to PMPediatrics in Selden which actually sends out testing and calls with results like they said they would."

"Took two of my kids here when we couldn't get in with our pediatrician, great experiences both times. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Wait times are fairly short comparitively to other walk in urgent care. Would definitly come back."

"Their website is outdated. You can't make an appointment online. They tell you to show up and can the QR code on the door. Well, we just came here and while trying to scan the code, others just walked in. Turns out that you don't have to do that. But the website and door say differently. This place has been a constant annoyance since the COVID started. I used to go to the office in West Babylon. That place is much better than this place..."
