Through individualized exercises, and Physical Therapy (as needed or requested), we aim to enhance your overall well-being. We provide a variety of preventative care services, including Osteoporosis management, Weight management, Wellness consultation, and Individualized exercise consultation. Additionally, we offer diagnostics and management for a range of acute symptoms such as acute muscle strain, ligamentous strain, tendinosis, shoulder sprain, knee sprain, trigger fingers, and Jaw pain/TMJ.
For chronic care needs, you can rely on us to treat conditions such as Acid reflux (GERD), Bloating, IBS, Constipation, Diarrhea, and Colitis. Dr. Trang B. Nguyen, DO, will conduct a thorough evaluation through an interview, general examination, and an Osteopathic Structural Examination (OSE). Based on the Assessment & Plan, she will treat you with Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and provide personalized instructions for home-care, exercise, and modifications related to posture, habits, wellness, exercise routine, nutrition, and supplements.
If necessary, we will refer you to Pain Management specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
