"I had an appointment and waited over an hour to be taken when the doctors told me he was very disinteresting looked at the one problem on one foot never looked at my other foot never ask me any questions about anything I was in and out of there in 5 minutes in addition they charged me a service charge for using my credit card over my co-pay charge and never told me in advance about this this place is a big rift for steer clear"
"I went here because my wife liked them. Her and my daughter were happy with their level of service and orthotics. In an attempt to simplify and streamline our life - I thought it would be a good idea for me to use them also. What a mistake!!! 6 weeks ago I showed up for my appointment. I waited 2 hours!! I arrived with a prescription and an example of what I needed in orthotics. I guess because they were running behind schedule - I was marginalized. 2 weeks later my orthotics arrived and I told the doctor they were not correct. He told me that they use better and updated “technology “ that were not obvious to the untrained eye and that I would be more comfortable with these. I trusted him and wore them for 5 days. The pain was horrible. I returned them. They admitted their mistake, apologized and promised they would rush order the new ones- and it would take a week. I followed up a week later and was told they would find them and call me back. I never heard from them. I waited another week and called them again. This time I was told they were being shipped and I was lucky to have them being shipped. I thought they at least meant overnight- nope!! I was told we are hoping for 5 more days from now. I am a coach, teacher and volunteer firefighter. They knew all that and still treated me this way. I have been sidelined for 2 weeks. I have good insurance I pay a lot of money for. None of that mattered. I am also a veteran. The VA is better to deal with."
