"I’ve been to this group several Times over the years. Whether it was post surgery, injury, strength training, or trying to put off a surgery I always got relief, strength, or flexibility. The Front desk staff is friendly & welcoming. The therapists know their stuff ! I always feel safe & cared for. I’ve had other therapy groups just run me through the circuit & send me on my way. Like cattle being moved through. Unlike other facilities, I always left there feeling like my physical issues mattered to them. I continue to be a satisfied customer."

"I was treating for my neck and so Laying down on my stomach with my face into a donut, covering for donut wasn't clean. I had to tell physical therapist to put a clean covering over donut. Even then it smelled. Physical therapist made mistakes treating me: The electrodes on the apparatus treating my neck were treating the wrong side side of my neck & when I told physical therapist, he didn't make up for that time lost. There were other problems as well; I gave it my best, stayed with physical therapist because of his many years of experience but was unhappy with how I was being treated & with the facility."
