"Dr. Densen, and I hesitate to use that title, was unprofessional, using a derogatory term to describe one of his patients, he failed to review my previously taken x-rays, which had been pulled up by his assistant and sitting right up on his computer screen. He did not take new x-rays nor order an MRI, and therefore mis-diagnosed my ankle fracture as a muscle sprain."
