"I have been coming to this facility for a number of years now. Dr. Sharma is my Doctor. I look forward to seeing Her. She is compassionate and professional. Each time they take blood as part of my treatment. I have never had any problems .This time however, the young person who did the procedure did not know what She was doing. She fumbled and caused the IV to pop out resulting in excessive bleeding and discomfort to my arm. The skilled young man who was supervising Her had to finish drawing my blood. Enclosed is a picture of my arm."
