Frank loves his job, has high standard for quality of care, leads with genuine care, abundant knowledge, confidence & exploratory best practice for each situation. Frank educates you on the “WHY” to give ownership to be effective in quality of exercise. He champions mental wellness, getting past challenging psychological aspects of recovery, redirects negativity. He and clients are accountable. He validates but challenges. You leave with tools to continue to till the soil of strength & conditioning at home. Shout out to front desk staff and PT aids that keep the place running smoothly. Jokes, background music, & massive support fill the community built by staff & fellow clients. You leave feeling better than when you came in."

I was introduced to Metro through the Hampton Bays location and wanted Metro to be my go to Physical Therapy place. I’m so glad I came here for my recuperation!!!"

"I rarely write reviews, for. reasons I won’t delve into. However, moving to Long Island from the city while having spent the past 25+ years of my career between the Financial District and on Madison Avenue in Flatiron. Through company perks I’ve become accustomed to a certain level of incredible customer service within top tier businesses both public and private clubs. I must take a moment to break my norm on the behalf of Frank and his team at 244 Old Country Rd. I’ve been Boxing for give or take 28 years; however, I severely injured my arm this past spring when moving to LI. For months I muscled through the pain with limited mobility, until someone referred me to Frank From the moment you cross the threshold of the front door you can both see and smell the cleanliness of location, while simultaneously being greeted. Everyone employee is extremely helpful and attentive through your session. As for Frank he’s knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Aside from that he truly focuses on you and whatever your reason is for visiting physical therapy. After going to his office three times a week for the past month or so I’ve regained mobility in my right arm. I’m able to go through a full day without remaining in perpetual pain. I’ve injured it so badly I know it’s going to be a bit of a process but from my results thus far I’m optimistic about it. I highly recommend going to Metro in Aquebogue if you have any physical pain and live within that area. -Tony"

"Highly recommend! Frank the physical therapist is truly the BEST. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable and really makes you feel at ease. His entire staff is top notch, they are VERY attentive and helpful. You never feel alone or lost here. Franks biggest rule is that you never leave in pain, and he really does a wonder at making sure that’s the case. He goes at your pace, and makes sure you’re feeling okay at every step. The facility is brand new, all the equipment is new and fresh. They have water if you need. This place is a prime example of what all physical therapy facilities should be like. I really can’t say enough great things about this place. I highly recommend you come here and nowhere else."
