"I do NOT recommend this doctor Ilona Polak for nothing. Since you arrive the assistant is very rude, the doctor attended me in a hurry and she's do not explain the doubts I had, she charged me 300 dlls for the consultation and only one injection....... I asked the doctor to fill out the medical report to request reimbursement from my insurance and she got upset, she made me go several times for nothing, she made me wait almost 2 months, and in the end she gave me a badly done medical report with incorrect information and so it does not help me, I tried to explain to the doctor and she treated me very badly, she disrespected me and told me that she was not going to fill anything else, so thanks to her lack of professional ethics, I will no longer be able to request my reimbursement, so I lost my money because of her. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT GO WITH HER, SEEK ANOTHER DOCTOR, IN BRIDGEHAMPTON COMMONS THERE IS A CLINIC, MUCH BIGGER AND A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER ATTENTION... (Too bad I did not know this other clinic before) I wish someone would have warned me of the rude attitude of this doctor, and so I would not have lost my 300dlls."
