"Was not happy with how I was treated by the doctor there who questioned every answer I gave her, including a drug allergy. Also I was told that 3 days before my surgery I couldn't go near my cat. I needed to lock him out of the room and I basically had to kick him away from me! I left the place in tears."

"Been to this site twice on two separate occasions and both times were fast. Filled out paperwork, sat to be screened , shortly after called to the back and then seen and released. Not sure why the bad reviews… My experiences have always exceeded my expectations here! Great Job Northwell!"

"Be prepared to waste your time and sit around. Paperwork said no appt needed come 9-12.. got here at 8:15and am sitting here watching multiple people who came after me go first. Ask why and am told oh they have specific appts. Everything with northwell is always completely backwards and a waste of time as I sit here 9 months pregnant uncomfortable and waiting nore than an hour n half."

"horrible after filling up the paper told me they would call me shortly i keep coming to the front desk to ask if she can ask how long till they call me bec i have another appt but she would just tell me they will call me shortly and never check. finally after more than 1hr of waiting they call me to a room and then let me wait another more than 1hr just to meet the nurse..no explanation no sorry.. spend more than 2 hrs for a blood test and ecg.The procedure itself is fast and the waiting is what takes forever! dont give appointments if maybe your short staff or something!.. they dont value patients time at all! never coming to this site again!! horrible experience! doesnt even deserve 1 star review."
