"I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Sight MD called me for a follow up visit, and I booked an appointment 2 months out. I told them I had new insurance and was told someone would follow up closer to the time of my appointment for the ID number. No one followed up so I tried to call the Sayville office several times and never got through. Was put on hold for a very long time (over 30 minutes) and always disconnected. I arrived at my appointment early, and was told at check in that my insurance was only accepted with a referral from my Primary Care Physician and that they could not hold my appointment for that to happen via fax and would need to reschedule me for another day. I am disppointed that I have to change my eye doctor but the customer service from the staff was horrendous."
