"I personally have no problem with dr Termini, he’s great. The receptionist on the other hand, just gave me the BIGGEST attitude when I called to have MY prescription refilled. My prescription is prozac… this stuff cannot be played around with and affects me mentally. She immediately made it seem like it was MY fault meanwhile they are the ones who send out the prescription. She told me on the phone that they cannot send any more over until I am seen. WHAT?? That doesn’t make any sense and I was enraged. I then hung up on her and had my mother call back. My mother agreed that the lady had a nasty attitude, however, she is having doctor T send some over now that my mom called. So… she’ll send them over since my mom asked … but when I, a 24 year old girl call and ask, I immediately get shut down. What a joke!"

"Dr. Termini is one of, if not my favorite doctor that I've ever been to. He is down to earth and personable. He actually treats you like a human instead of just another number. You can tell he knows his stuff and as someone mentioned below, he isn't one of those doctors that is trying to force meds on you that you don't need because of bonuses from pharmaceutical sales reps. If you discuss a medication with him, he will honestly tell you whether he thinks it is appropriate for you to take or not. If you're looking for a doctor who will just prescribe anything you ask for, he is not the one. There is never a long wait and his office staff is not rude as many have mentioned. There is one woman who was a Russian accent who can come across as a bit cold, but she isn't "rude" and is actually very polite. It's more of a cultural barrier. Dr. Termini wouldn't put up with his staff being rude to patients. There is also another woman who works there who is very nice."

"I love Dr Termini, he listen to me and he genuinely care about his patients and is not trying to push the next best drugs to you. Appointments are always available, the wait is short. He also have a great staff which make the environment very pleasant. He is funny and when you go there he makes you forget about your sickness he ALWAYS takes good care of me."
