"Awful! Do not go! I have a Northwell doctor I’ve been seeing forever and he referred me here. The doctor seemed nice enough, dismissive, but pleasant. He sent me for a blood panel. Fine ok called the office several times to see what came of the blood panel. We’ll have the doctor call you (a year later still waiting). Then I get a 200 bill. I call my insurance company and they said it’s submitted under the wrong billing code. They call the billing office to rectify. No one responds to them. I call the billing office at least 6 times. Every time I am told, I see the notes from your insurance company, I will call the doctor and call you back. Every single time the same story. Honestly the billing reps were nice enough, but the doctor does not respond. I will never ever go here again. I highly recommend you avoid it as well. If you actually want to get medical answers, and don’t want to pay for things clearly covered under your insurance out of pocket, avoid at all costs."

Even so, every doctor I see (including my dermatologist at this location) are all fantastic. They're friendly and they listen to your questions and concerns. All of staff - from receptionists to PAs to Doctors - are wonderful here. Thanks!"

"A few months back I had a appointment which I was going to be late for I called up and let them know that it was an emergency and I'd be around 15 to 20 minutes late. They told me if I arrived after 15 minutes I would have to reschedule. Fast forward..... Friday may 19th my appointment was for 345. I showed up 3:10 At 4 o'clock the secretary advised us that the doctor was running an additional 45 minutes behind. I find this Is unacceptable. They could have notified us sooner. It is painfully obvious that all that matters to them is not the patience but the almighty dollar and pushing the volume through. There are plenty Of dermatologist out there that will take the patient's needs into consideration before their own. I advise that you try them before coming here."
