"i’ve been trying to get into therapy since november & it has not been a success . i call every other day , leave voicemails none of the supervisors get back to me , i believe they are not trying to take me as a client. i’ve been playing phone tag with them & i don’t have time for it. i’ve been here before for services when i was younger and it was never like this. the people that answer the phone ,norda is very rude. she gave me an attitude. i just want to get into therapy so i can be successful. kacey managin closed my case due to missing intakes appointments & i only missed those appointments due to work & meetings which she knew about. she didn’t even give me a second chance. she encouraged me to reapply in 90 days & that is what i’ve been doing since the beginning of february. i’ve been told she was going to get back to me on multiple occasions but lately i’ve been calling about 4 times a week every week leaving her voicemails & she’s not getting back to me. im not sure if i’m being discriminated against but this is completely unacceptable & they keep trying to deny the services that i want with them & that’s not right."

"They are horrible. They lie. They don't do their jobs. They don't communicate. They say to your face one thing and then don't communicate to their staff. They said they would work on charts with us and then I was never worst of any other conversation with my son. They cancelled one and because my choice mail wasn't working we drove it there and biting. Then I had to cancel one. Then the therapist cancelled one and then when like she didn't. Didn't tell the front desk. But she told me to my face that she was cancelling that day. Then I called the other day we were stuck. Grandma could bring. Front desk said it was okay but leave a message. I left a message. She yelled at them according to them no grandparents. Which is bogus. Now I get a letter saying my son's car is terminated?? I'm glad they care. I'm glad they care about how much of a hard travel it is for us. I'm glad they care about my son's well being. To be honest the building smells. They aren't friendly. Don't even get me started on the need management. And how she wanted to push an odd diagnosis on a hurt 6 year old boy who she doesn't even know any didn't test his file and didn't even meet. I'm so freaking done. Do not go here!"

"They are literally a disgrace. Each and every employee seems oblivious as to what their own clinics do and do not do If you need a doctor for methodone treatment or any medication that is a controlled substance...good luck because the waiting list is a long ways off. You'll either keep looking or kill yourself ny the time you finally get an answer They don't care and don't return phone calls I kept getting " keep calling back to see if someone is available ( meaning a doctor). Doctors that retire like mine did, sent me their number. Horrendous experience and waste of time for 6 weeks. With every branch!!"

"Very happy with how amazing the help is here from staying engaged with you as a client, servicing you as if you are their number one priority, custom tailored sessions for your needs, and overall understanding the situation after careful assessment. I have seen many therapists and in the past they have turned me off because of their inability to connect on an even playing field. Here it is super professional and I have even received assignments now to keep further records/progress for myself. Constantly feeling challenged. This branch of family service league is a home run. Special shout out to my therapist Lajanee. Also big shout Christine who works very hard to run the group meetings, and the front desk who is never anything except pleasant. C.I. "They do not care anything about there clients. They nevered called me when my new dr left . They then set me up with a dr who I like asked to be put with him and I was told I don't no if he works that day, wouldn't you call his extension and find out? No just put me with anyone.I get home and they call for me to see there nurse for an extra 34.00$. Insurance doesn't cover. Tell them my dr cause I go a lot they can get my blood pressure and weight from them. So 34.00$. For that very money hungry. They are very nasty and I am to ,do not play games with me and treat me like I do not matter. Treat me with respect do not be condescending to me"
