"In regards to the last comment about the trailer. The main building is under renovation that’s why the sessions are being conducted there it’s temporary. The main office is beautiful and clean and will be even bigger and better once the renovations are done. The therapy is excellent and always friendly and professional staff. "I wanted to go to Vertex PT because it's on my way home from work so it would have been so convinient for me plus the hours they posted on google seem great but they're inaccurate. I had to decide to go back to another PT office I've used in the past that is out of my way because I found this practice to be very unprofessional. I went to Vertex after work one day, dropped off my PT prescription and Honey Belle (therapist) said they would call me back the next day with an appointment cus they were in the middle of closing but they never called me. I left with her my work number and my cell number but I never heard back. How can they disregard my needs. I'm in pain, I can't be waiting! Plus when you walk in, first of all it was really hot like they don't have AC, it didn't look very clean and they have their hours posted but they're way different than the hours on google (not as many evening hours). Also, the phone number doesn't work. Honey Belle said they were in the process of switching companies but meanwhile I couldn't even call them back. I know it's a fairly new practice but they should really get their act together if they plan on making it for years to come. Wish them well even if they could obviously care less about me..."

"I love coming to therapy at this facility. The physical therapist here is very thorough and super friendly. The PT has answered all my questions, and has assisted with my pains. The front desk is very friendly and helpful with any administrative questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do most insurances, car accidents and work related injuries for what I understand. I'm not sure what Joe Doe is talking about because there is no guy at the front desk. He probably has the wrong facility."
