"This Doctor and his staff are arrogant, they only want the patient to have tests done with Lab Corp and if you do it in another laboratory, according to them, they can never have access to the tests, if you complain about something at once they speak badly to you, If you think that this Doctor and his staff are good, it is because he has not yet complained about something as a patient. After that moment, I assure you that you will have a bad experience."

"Back in December, I had come in for my first appt to utilize this Groupon. I had fallen ill and lost a lot of weight that later required surgery, and was told by the aesthetician after she had started the treatment that I was not an eligible candidate at the time bc my skin was too lose. She shared images of "fajas" on Amazon she wanted me to purchase to tighten my skin and asked me to call back to reschedule this (and then the second session thereafter) once I had regained some fat/muscle and my skin has tightened. The establishment is now refusing to honor my groupon, stating that they are expired and that I need to purchase a new one. This Groupon was already redeemed in the office, but services were never delivered (2 sessions) and they will not give me a new appointment. I've essentially been robbed of my money."

"Dr shinin has been our primary doctor for over 10 years. Although he is a very busy doctor, he always takes care of his patients. When you already have a doctor/patient relationship, he already knows what you have and gives suggestions on what to do and what to do next. As a patient, you have to tell him everything you have at the time of the consultation/examination because no doctor is a fortune teller. That said, I hope that he continues to be our doctor and that he continues to work with health insurance so that when patients have to change health insurance for any reason, we can continue to go to him."
