"I did an internship there for almost two months and for the most part the majority of the staff there was great to work with. However, when I received my grade I was very disappointed. The reason they gave me, did not even make any sense. So for those future interns let me give you a word of advice; do the job you were assigned, do not engage in conversation with the staff if it does not pertain to anything medical related. They will say that you get easily distracted even if you are on top of you work and everything is completed. Also be very careful their is a staff member there that will give a attitude it the wind blows the wrong way. So always CYA"

"really terrible experiences at this location. i've been going here for about a year, I haven't had any issues with dr. camacho, it's always a pretty quick visit but i do feel that for me she did try & listen to me & treat me with some respect. the rest of the medical staff, the PAs are always really kind and empathetic, all around really lovely people, but I sadly can't say the same for the ladies at reception. 9 times out of 10 they are extremely cold & condescending, even on the phone, they talk to you like you're a nuisance. I've been in that waiting area for sometimes up to 2 hours and have heard countless inappropriate comments & jokes made about other patients and their personal records, if that were me I would be furious, and I'm sure the minute I left that would be me they were speaking about. I had arrived early for an appointment and after waiting over an hour I was treated as if I had done something wrong to them, no apology whatsoever for the wait, and then they got quiet around me while I continued to wait. it reminds me of high school. as another person has mentioned here, you should feel comfortable and respected at your doctors office and I don't get that here from the reception at all. one older woman at reception was so rude & raised her voice at me, it caused my heart rate to jump to a really high reading. the PA was nice enough to talk to me about it and calm me down, while validating my feelings until it went back to normal, but that's just really sad. I hope people go elsewhere if they can, or I at least hope that Medihealth reads these reviews and discusses this problem with the staff. it's not okay."
