"Ross took very good care of my mother in law. I actually heard her say to the day staff I miss you guys when she had to make a phone call to the facility. Michael and Nelson in management are so caring and helpful. Michael actually went to the hospital to visit her with flowers when she was back and forth to the hospital. This facility is very clean and cheerful! I’m so happy I picked Ross for my mother in law who is now home because they are truly the best!!"

"This nursing home has been nothing but gracious to my mother-in-law they treated her with the most kindness love and protection. I am saying this not for nothing. My mother-in-law is very picky and for her to love this nursing home to the point she does not want to leave speaks volumes and I love the way they updated the facility. "A great place that helped my father recover from a stroke to get him home quickly and safely. The only downsides are that the meals were accidentally swapped with someone elses a few times, and that the other residents there are able to walk around and walk into other people's rooms. There should be better care for the food, because different people have different dietary restrictions, and there should be some sort of patrol to have people not wander into completely different parts of the building. But the nurses are all great, and the therapists really know what they're doing. For anyone who needs recovery, this is the best place locally to go, but make sure someone in the family visits daily to help advocate for you so they can set the small issues on track as needed."
