"I am neurodivergent and have medical ptsd. They recommended a dentist who works well with these conditions. I got the admin was very nice and dental tech was lovely but they gave me a different dr after waiting six months she gave me an attitude and no explanation when i asked why my dr was changed after waiting so long and then said they couldnt do the work or clean without six months in between each appointment. Go someplace else. I got an attitude from dr who i wasnt supposed to have and could not give me alternatives to things i was allergic or sensitive to and seemed annoyed that she had to waste her time with me and i still dont know why i didn't get the dr i waited 6months for and no one could explain why. Dont waste your time here."

"The lab management is horrible. The person at the front was rude and would not answer questions and told us to go back to our seat. There were 3 people in front of us and the woman made us all wait unnecessarily while she had no patients in the back. Terrible ever since the old employee left. Do not recommend to anyone ever until the old employee is back."

"I have been a patient at Sun River since they located in E.Patchouge. They are aware that I take medical transportation arriving 30 - 45 minutes before my appointment, then not being seen until an hour after my appointment time which adds up to a 2 hour wait. I was just about to walk out when the doctor appeared.After discussing my symptoms, she wrote her recommendation on a paper towel? Highly unprofessional and somewhat of an insult.I am done with Sun River. The quality of care actually has gone down since moving to the new location by overbooking appointment times."

"So glad they offer vaccination & testing to uninsured people. They start at 930 am on Fridays due to an alleged staff meeting. From the car we saw employees just sneaking in at 915 and 920. There was a line of patients waiting outside before 930. They sure weren't in any hurry to open doors at 930 or 935. They opened at 940--however reluctantly. Doctor in urgent care was professional and quite competent."

"If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. I cannot even begin to describe the complete lack of professionalism and utter organization that is within this establishment. It took me over an hour and a half to get a rapid Covid test one day making me late for my other appointment, and then was treated very rudely by the staff that greeted me at the door and questioned why I even needed to be seen in the first place. Then I had to go back to get the lab results for something and then was not notified appropriately that my appointment was canceled and had to drive all the way there just to be told that I needed to make another appointment to go over my lab results. This is absolutely one of the worst establishments that I have ever been to any entirety of my life and of every single doctors office that I have visited. Please consider going somewhere else."
