"Dr. Hwang and Dr. Dowling are skilled practitioners but, as so often happens, the front desk staff hobble the overall presentation. Mary Liz is abysmal with her phone skills. She likes to say "just bear with me" and then she vanishes and someone else picks up. Horrendous interaction and not the way to be treating people. Tried to speak with Francis who is nice enough but essentially completely robotic and cannot get anything meaningful out of him."

Not only was I put on over 6 different medications, ( upped doses a RIDICULOUS amount ) that was her answer to everything and they had put me on medications that seriously affected my mental state. And NOT in a good way, even after coming off this mood stabilizer it took months to return back to a normal mindset ! Pill pushers , and only looking out for THEIR dollar. Disturbing practice. I am doing MUCH better since seeing an actual health professional who actually cares about my health and mental well-being . They have weened me off ALL of the medications except my lexapro. My life is FINALLY getting back on track since leaving this “practice”. The way I was treated was disgusting, especially after I found out I was dealing with an actual unrelated medical issue that will effect me for the rest of my life. Unless you would like to be used as a Guinea pig , I would highly suggest NOT going here . I ALSO had not been on an opiate in 5 YEARS , yet she constantly tried to keep putting me back on Suboxon…. An EXTREMELY addictive and DANGEROUS “medication”. They care about their pockets , NOT your health."
