"As a disappointed mother I Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Worst experience ever, worst Dr Ever! Not kid friendly, no bedside manor, very and I mean very unprofessional and rude. Went for 2 physicals for 5 & 9 year olds and they were both so upset about the way they were treated. I’ve never in my entire life felt so disrespected by a supposed “medical professional” that I left mid visit and had to go seek a more suitable facility for my children. This lady literally treated my child like he had the “cooties” once she found out he hasn’t had many vaccinations (due to being very Ill at birth, I opted to wait until he was medically healthy and physically stronger to continue immunizations) He’s literally only 5 years old! She than lied and said my son had a fever so she wouldn’t have to treat him . I had the next pediatrician take his temperature as soon as we got in with them and he was 97.0 . The way she treated my child and my family was very disgusting and nothing short of discrimination. Everyone’s story is not always going to be textbook perfect, but that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. When I had had enough and politely said that we were just going to leave, she literally said “bye” and laughed. Be careful who you’re trusting to care for your children, we definitely could have lived without that experience. My son has had enough to deal with in his 5 years of life."

"I cannot evaluate whether this place is any good or not as my daughter (with a heavy cough) was rejected to be treated since neither of the working parents could be there in person. Our nanny was sent away and even after me calling we were told that they cannot treat our daughter since they don’t know who is calling. During extremely difficult times like these and with both parents working, you would hope for a provider that truly cares about its patients. I was happy to do a video call or quite frankly anything to prove that I am the father. This practice clearly doesn’t care as shown by how it treated us. Oh, and of course the person on the phone told me to go to the next City MD and did hang up on me. Free advertising for City MD and simply a dismal showing of what looked like a good practice."
