"shuts down the business without notice leaving their parents without supplies.bobby should be ashamed of himself for leaving the voicemail on and not informing patients that they cannot get needed respiratory supplies. dr lown never should have let this happen either. maybe when one of their family members dies in their sleep it will remind them how important these supplies are. sickening."
"This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a doctors office, and I would caution everyone to stay away. I went through a sleep study where I was diagnosed with narcolepsy. The Doctor prescribed me Wakix and I was on my way. A week or so later I follow up and learn that the insurance denied it for a variety of reasons (expected, no problem). They appealed and continued on. This began a four month long process of appeals with the insurance company and tons of other issues before FINALLY getting the medicine. My biggest issue is not with the process. I understand that insurance companies can be very difficult to deal with. My issue is with the severe lack of communication and action by the doctors office. Nothing would ever be appealed unless I called to check what the status was, and then they would submit a new appeal. But no one ever told me this, or kept me looped in or anything, despite my numerous requests for them to do so. I asked for the doctor to call me to explore other options while we wait for the Wakix approval. They promised me he would, and he never did. This promise was made several times throughout this four month period. I genuinely feel like after they gave me my results, they were done with me. They didn't care to help anymore. And while they have been pleasant and apologetic on the phone, it means nothing when the behavior continues. I finally received the medication and have been taking it for just under one month. I called for my maintenance dose to be sent to the Pharmacy, they said okay no problem. I learned now five days later that it was denied by the doctors office because I don't have an appointment. I would have had no problem scheduling one, but no one ever told me I needed to. This is my issue. No one was going to call me to tell me that I'm not getting my refill. No one was going to call me to tell me that I need to schedule an appointment. They just denied it and forgot about me. I called again, very frustrated. I've been patient and held my tongue, but this time I was angry and I voiced my grievances. I asked to speak to the office manager and they told me that the manager was on a call and would call me back tomorrow. I have no confidence in that happening. I'm now desperately trying to get this prescription and they're scrambling, dealing with two different pharmacies, and inconsistent records. The whole situation has been a nightmare, and I just want to be able to feel normal during the day. I'm very disappointed in my experience here and unfortunately would not recommend them to anyone."
"Went there with a lot of anxiety. Bobby spent time with me and made me feel relaxed. He could be a motivational speaker. He must do this numerous times a day but makes you feel like your his only client. I left with a positive attitude, and numbers I can call with any questions. Would recommend anyone with a sleep apnea issue to go through him. Thanks Bobby"
"The care received at Delta Sleep Center has been extraordinary. I decided to use Delta due to the very positive reviews. I have not been disappointed. Not only have they provided top shelf professional advice and care but their entire staff has been courteous, professional and beyond nice. I would strongly recommend them to all."
"Great practice! I had so many questions prior to receiving CPAP. All my questions answered and explained thoroughly. I was able to have the consult, sleep study and received equipment ( with set up) all in the same office. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!"
