I panicked during the procedure, the tech promptly stopped the machine, got me a juice, and showed great kindness to help me through the process. Her thoughtful response made the MRI comfortable for me."

"Unbelievably careless nurse who injected the contrast I. V. My nerve swell and she was taking her sweet time taking the needle out. I was actually screaming with pain. She seemed like she was sleep walking."

"I will NEVER go here again! Right as you walk in, two of the front desk girls are rude. They were annoyed I interrupted there conversation. I was the only one there (now I see why) and they were annoyed to check me in. The guy that did my MRI was fine but he had no personality or bedside manor. The nurse that did my contrast IV, MISSED MY VEIN! I have very prominent veins so this was concerning. I was clearly nervous and she said rolled and her eyes and said “can you calm down this is not a big deal” and rolled her eyes. Once I was done with the MRI, the guy RIPPED my IV out of my arm. I am all black and blue, red and swollen. The WORST imagining experience I’ve ever had! I will be going back to zwanger persiri."

"The front desk staff was great, the nurse Jodi was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me feel at ease. The radiologist Karen was excellent and she went our of her way to make sure I was getting the correct test done. Overall I’m very pleased and impressed."
