"I have had such a bad experience with their billing. I went in for a check up and someone coded it as a regular visitor. I've been calling for the last 6 mo. Every time I get a letter I call to let them know my situation. They always tell me they will fix and have someone review it. Last time they said someone would call me back. No one had. Now I'm getting a letter in the mail saying "our office has made every good faith effort in the matter of settling this balance. Further action must now be taken" They made no effort and now your threatening to send a balance I don't owe to collections. I'm really tired of taking my time to fix their mistake and will be changing gynos to an office that can be competent."
