"After Dr. Kim left the place went down hill. Women at the desk has no clue what she’s doing. The psychiatrist never calls on time and he billed us twice in one week for $200 even though he didn’t make the sessions and they won’t answer the phone. Place is a disaster."

Spent an hour and a half waiting the first time. Did not inform me my appointment would be telemed in the office. Receptionist very unprofessional as well and was unresponsive when attempting to communicate issues."

The atmosphere wasn't so great I needed some medication since then the place has gone downhill not only do they never answer the phone call they keep charging my credit card and never call back it's fraud if you want me to change this review put my money back on my credit card otherwise it would stay on your site it's one thing to make a mistake but not to call back and correct it after I've made 10 calls just tells me this place is fraudulent look at all the bad reviews close your place"

"Do not go here!!! My experience was way better a few months ago before the practitioner that I used to see left the practice. Now that she is no longer here it went downhill very fast. I have had multiple problems since. They hardly ever answer the phone, and I am always left on voicemail. When I do hear from them, they just say that "the provider is running late, and we will get back to you when they are in the office" which they never do. Another thing is they keep switching my new provider and cancelling my online appointments very last minute with no warning. It is extremely negligent. After multiple attempts of trying to get in contact with them in order to receive a refill on my medication I have gotten no response. Even my pharmacist has tried to contact them and has heard nothing back. I have gone through days of withdrawal from not having my meds. They do not care about their patients at all. Needless to say, I will not be going back here. If I could give it zero stars I would."
