"Wasn’t going to write a review but I will now since I was directed to this browser. I spent over two hours in the waiting room while people who were checked in after me went before I did. I’ve never waited so long at an urgent care before. The woman at the front desk called every single person who checked in to the front desk, and you’d think she’d let us know how long the wait would be, but didn’t. If I had known I’d be in for that long of a wait I would’ve went to a different office because of how sick I felt. I won’t go back there after this experience, honestly. If they were understaffed for some reason it’s understandable but let people know they will wait for a very long time!! It’s that simple"
