"My aunt is a 94-year old patient of Dr. Segrue. She has seen him five times, and each time there is at least a one-hour wait. On the last visit, the wait was two hours. He is a good doctor, but has no respect for his patient’s time. At 94, my aunt has other issues and to be kept waiting so long can cause real discomfort. He should schedule his appointments at more than 10-minute intervals. His scheduling process is poorly designed and requires a major adjustment."

"Dr. Segrue makes an appt for a certain time and sees you at least an 1 hour later. For our initial appt I waited for my daughter to be seen 2 hours after our appointment time. This is ridiculous! They have no value for people's time here. He was professional when he saw us but always has the excuse of being backed up with patients."
