"I took a bad fall last night, I called my doctor who was booked and the nurse on the phone sent me to this office. So from Sayville to Mt Sinai I went. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time for my appointment for 2 pm I sat in the waiting room with my 83 year old mother to finally be called in at 2:45 I was then in an office waiting for the 3:25. Dr never showed I walked out, no one cared no one called or asked where I was going! Needless to say on a holiday weekend I was not checked out after this horrible fall that even broke my tooth!!! Huge thank you to NYU health in Mt. Sinai!!! Oh and by the way this sign hangs in their waiting room and when I asked the receptionist how much longer as my husband was being discharged at Mather responded I don’t know out rooms are booked so guess what! If you don’t like the question don’t hang the signs"
