"I previously worked at an ophthalmologist practice, so I knew what to expect when bringing my daughter to her appointment. My appointment was at 10:10, I was told my appointment would be about 2 hours and I was out of the office by 11:30! The technician was very nice and listened to my concerns. Dr. Levi was also very nice and informative and left me relieved at the end of my appointment, I was very pleased with my experience. Also, when I called to make my appointment I was given an appointment the following week and didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars and not 5 is because I felt the receptionist I was dealing with could've been a little more friendly. But overall, great practice."
