"We absolutely love this practice and the Doctors, PA's and medical staff that are all a part of it. I see some comments about wait time and frustrations, and although that is understandable (we've all been there) something we shouldn't forget is that these are Medical Professionals providing quality care (in my opinion) to our children , and from experience I can say we have never been rushed out of a room. The doctors take their time to evaluate each child and, speaking from experience... even if I've had a longer wait time in the past, It was always worth it because my child gets the care he needs when he is in the room, There may have been changes with some of the faces or changes within the practice itself over the years, this happens everywhere though and the level of care we have received over the years and the comfort our child feels when there has never changed. We appreciate this practice very much."
"I just started seeing the Byrne sisters. They have been so great with my newborn. I feel like my daughter is in the best hands. Thank you Personal Pediatrics for an incredibly Personal Experience!"
"I have been bringing my 2 boys to personal pediatrics for a little over 6 years now. I absolutely LOVE Theresa and the Byrne sisters. They have always been so very patient, informative, caring and also give great advice. They are great with my boys. After my second son was born I suffered with some pp and I will always remember how supportive, patient and comforting Theresa was during a wonderful but difficult time."
"We love Personal Pediatrics! We have been patients since the kids were born. We have had wonderful experiences. Our favorite NP is Theresa. She is amazing! She is extremely kind, personal, caring, and very dedicated to her patients. Theresa takes the time to answer all questions, provide suggestions when needed, and does not rush through the visits. She makes the kids very comfortable and it is obvious she is passionate about providing the best care possible and loves what she does!"
"I would have given personal pediatrics a 5 star anytime until kids became 18. I would not have been aware that as a first time mom to a 17 year old, that the pediatrician would not have had a discussion to prepare us for when our kids become 18 and how their healthcare management would be affected and provide recommendations for smooth transition. My son was 18 went to his appointment and left terribly upset, being told medication would not be renewed, no referrals or guidance as to next steps for follow up and never returned. When i tried to follow up they could not discuss anything without consent (completely understandable) but my son had such poor experience he did not want to bother stating "they don't give a s..." now. We found a new PMD, we went together, consent on file, no issues. Their non empathetic way I was spoken to when I tried to ask why no one from the office would have a discussion with a 17 year old and parents to talk about transition care & how they will be expected to make healthcare decisions for themselves, or discuss that consent would be required etc. Parents if the pediatrician does not open up the discussion, please bring it up at your Childs 17 year appointment because it can really have a negative impact on how they see and manage their healthcare into early adulthood."
