"The ignorance and incompetence of this office is exceeded only by their arrogance. Let me tell you of my experience.. After experiencing severe pain in my foot, I made an appointment with the office. They inquired about my insurance which I told them: Aetna better health and I made the appointment for the following week. The day before my appointment, I was left a message in Spanish (which by the way I do not speak or understand). Recognizing the phone number of the office, I called back and was told that they were calling to confirm my appointment for the following day. The next day I show up for my schedule appointment only to find out that they do not participate in the Aetna network. As I said previously: incompetent. I now have to wait for an entire week for another specialist to see me. I would suggest you find another specialist. This one is the worst."

"I'm here with my mom now..They overbooked appointments and didn't want to let us inside because they already had 3 patients waiting..Who's fault is that?then the lady name Crystal was very mean.I like the doctor but not the staff and we waited 50 minutes to be seen.Then they said only her can come in,intimate, said "ok you are responsable for her,she has alzeimers and can walk out or start crying if she doesn't see me"Then she said ok.Time to change this doctor"

"I love this dr. She is the best podiatrist around. She takes her time and pampers your feet like no other dr does. She has taken care of my disabled son who has diabetes for years. When you leave her office your feet feel lighter. I have never had a bad experience there with the dr. Or her staff."

"First of all I would like to say that this podiatrist office the doctor here Elaine is very very unprofessional she has her two secretaries that are no good these two Spanish girls that work there do her dirty work to the patients that she don't like. when you go there they're always whispering talking in Spanish and stuff being disrespectful to the people that come there the people who bring this lady business you understand the bottom line is I tried to speak to this doctor several times about different things can pertaining to her secretaries on professional behavior and she would never speak to me and she supposed to be a doctor my doctor at that so with that being said I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog."
