"I usually go to Stamford location but they cancelled on me twice so I decided to try New Haven. I was hesitant because I figured they’d probably have a lot of protesters in NH but I lucked out. I went on a Saturday morning and there were a few in the front of the building and by the driveway with signs but none were in the parking lot or by the entrance. And they were peaceful, no yelling, literally just stood there. (Apparently on Wednesday and Friday mornings though there are a lot of rowdy and mean protestors there just FYI). I went for an annual exam and the entire staff was super nice and friendly. Emma got me checked in, asked all the usual questions, and took my blood pressure and then I had Kristin as my doctor. Both were awesome and made the always uncomfortable and awkward visit very easy and not awkward at all lol. The office itself was clean and quiet. Will definitely be back."

"They don’t honor appointments they made. They would rather send you elsewhere. No phone call, no notice, and the reason they can’t honor the appointment (which they made by the way) is because the person working that day was ‘new’ This is extremely unprofessional, and my girlfriend doesn’t get her pills with no notice, glad it’s only birth control and not something more serious. If any of these centers should be closed, it’s this one right here and their workers deserve to be jobless, they clearly aren’t doing their jobs to begin with."

"Canceled my appointment that I booked 3 weeks in advance, 1 hour and 30 minutes before the appointment. Next available appointment was weeks out and I needed a test done. While I have Connecticut insurance, I am not a CT resident so even the new appointment that I booked (which apparently was a telehealth appointment that didn't give me the option to pick a telehealth or inperson appointment), was not able to attend. Why? Because out of state residents cannot get telehealth care. Horrible location. Horrible service. BEYOND disappointed and will never use them again."

"The surgeon who put my IUD in was amazing. The techs that work there were so kind and understanding. The ladies in the recovery room made me feel extra comfortable. This location made me feel very safe and comfortable and were so helpful every step of the way. Thank you ❤️"
