"Horrible office , lazy workers, literally wasted an hour at the place waiting for a physical and they couldn’t do it. They suck !"
"Overall I been coming here since couple years ago, it take about a 2 hour wait for bloodwork/physical so expect to wait this long, this is the standard. Staff is ok, doctor is really great! Here are the new times they have! As it’s not updated on google M-TH 130pm-7pm Sat- 8am-12pm Fri+Sunday closed"
"Long wait, people will go in front of you and im not sure who’s the manager but it’s a heavy weight woman who all the nurses asks questions to, she’s super rude and barely helpful. You can’t make calls during their office hours even when you’ve been a client for years. Don’t go here"
"I came in early on a Saturday to get bloodwork done. They told me to sign in and have a seat. After about 35mins they said that anyone that was there for bloodwork needed to put “blood work” next to their names. So I got up and did. During my wait a lady walked out and was DRIPPING BLOOD!! When we told the front desk (a lady named Jackie) she made a face like she didn’t care. When we saw that someone from the waiting room said “forget about it she doesn’t care” then she became upset and said “who said that? I have very good hearing”. When the guy said that it was him because she just made a face while there was blood on the ground. She didn’t say anything back to him as if her hearing went bad. After that someone else came out to make a new list for blood work. Everyone stood up and signed in and I was put at the end of the list. Dr. Goyal is great but his front office is horrible and should not be in the care giving business. After fasting for hours Jackie tells us that we need to be patient because they only had one person working. If we need to understand then why can’t she understand us??"
"The front desk employee Jackie who works at the Perth Amboy office is very rude and never picks up the phone (or her colleagues). She claims and says she does everything and then tells me to complain to her boss. I hope Dr Goyal is aware of this as she does not seem to care or have any respect for the patiens who come to see the doctor. I was as patient as possible with them and still was treated very poorly and without care and will be going elsewhere."
