"My experience with Dr Bianchi has been fair but as a fellow northwell health physician I am appalled to the treatment and workflow of the staff. They are rude and unable to complete basic tasks like prior authorizations and refuse physician call backs when necessary. They have also supposedly discontinued telehealth survey and blame this as an overall Northwell Policy. As an employed physician in Northwell I can say pretty confidently that this is a lie. While unable to complete basic tasks with this PCP office, I have been forced into wasting a lot of time and finding another provider. Do yourself a favor and find someone else."
