"I have had lower back pain for years. Over the years it has advanced to a point where I was seriously considering back surgery. I have had at least two other experiences with physical therapy in the past, but they did not bring any positive results. The locations I went for physical therapy seemed to me like, "physical therapy mills", where the therapists were mostly young kids just out of school who didn't know enough or didn't care enough to get results. I went there not expecting too much. What I found was a whole different approach then I had experienced at the other therapy shops. Mike Trifaro is an experienced, caring therapist and gives you his full attention when you are in his office. With my office visits and the exercises Mike prescribed for me I find that my pain has decreased and I am not ,at this time ,considering any more invasive treatment and my opinion of the benefits of physical therapy has taken a complete 180."
