From the first visit, my parents felt very comfortable with him. His hours are flexible and it’s easy to set up a visit when my parents need one. Dr. Sosonkin always goes above and beyond with providing my parents with best at-home care, including home-draw lab service, mobile radiology service, wound care, etc. He is very attentive to their health issues and guides us with his priceless medical advices. And he’s always available and prompt with returning our calls. I don’t think all of this would be possible without his office staff! Taking messages, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, ordering new prescriptions. The front desk is very professional, friendly and prompt! I mostly deal with Margo, and can’t praise her enough for her patience with all our needs. Thank you all!"

"I do not know about Doctor, but if he wants to have successful business , he needs to change his front desk. Girls are rude, unprofessional , full of attitude. Unfortunately I could not see doctor when I needed him, I was suggested to take my business somewhere else. That was exactly that I did."

"I wish I could give a zero star !!! very tough and rude behavior staff. Both doctor MD. Sosonkin and secretary are non responsive and do not correspondent on a timely manner. Stay away. Do not recommend anyone."
