"I wish to relay my dealings with Dr.Giovinazzo and his staff.I made two appointments,one for my 93 year old mother and one for myself 6 months ago.I had the first two appointments as I requested for 8:15 and 8:30am.We arrived at 8:05 and another patient at 8:10.The staff took her in for some tests.I questioned why she was called first.They said her appointment was at 8:15 and our appointments were 8:30 and 8:45.When I showed my appointment card they had no response.To make matters worse the Dr.showed up at 9:30 leaving my mother exposed to all the germs in the crowded waiting room.When I confronted the doctor, he seemed not to care about what occurred. He stated that if I was concerned about my mom she could come once a year.She has a condition that needs to be addressed more than once a year. This is not how a professional should address issues about his staff and their practices."
