"Very slow Unprofessional Rude Telling to the people you can leave if you don’t like it. Dr Adelaide Vigori did that telling me to leave if I didn’t like it ,because I told her all the analysis and scanners and blood tests are finished long ago and we are still waiting for her after 6 hours. They having time to talk and tell jokes with each other but they don’t have time for patients and being rude and unprofessional .I’m never willing to go there again never"
"For an emergency room they work very slowly even when it’s not that busy! Incompetent people with lots of miscommunication because they don’t tell each other about any updates on the patient. We had five doctors come in and ask the same questions and yet it took them 5 hours to admit a patient to take a much needed scan!!"
"I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Harmon Gill and Dr. Rachel Kirzhner during my recent visit to the emergency room at Coney Island Hospital. Their expertise and compassion truly made a significant difference in my experience. From the moment I arrived, they exhibited professionalism and dedication to ensuring that I received the best possible care. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received from Dr. Gill and Dr. Kirzhner. Heartfelt thanks to them for their exceptional service. Thank you once again for the excellent care provided by Coney Island Hospital Emergency team."
"If you want to die waiting for your turn, then come to this hospital for an Emergency. At first I was in the old building. There were a lot of doctors on each floor, I really asked them to measure my blood pressure because it was high and I felt bad. None of them, absolutely none of them, paid any attention to me. Then I decided to go to Emergency. I told them I was feeling very unwell, they told me to sit down and no one came up to me. An hour and a half has passed. Then I got up and said I'm leaving. There were at least five staff members. All they told me was OK. Bye. I absolutely cannot understand what these so-called employees of this hospital are paid for. And are there any checks at all?"
"i’m quiet impressed that this hospital received 2 stars. Been there 3 times all this times i was going there for the same problem blood loss from anterior passage. Every single time i spend in hospital between 8-12 hours just to receive blood. First 2 times i was in critical state lost 30-40% of total blood in my body. Doctors never fix the problem but all they were doing gathering analysis and been telling me that everything is okay. How is that so if I’m receiving insane pain weakness and blood loss. They tell me check out on gynecologist at other location and i did it. Gynecologist didn’t find anything and saying everything is good as well. I started bleeding again switching 25 sanitary pads daily decided to go early this time because pain is ridiculous spent 6 hours of waiting for a blood result just for nurse to say results is good. After that gynecologist arrived she said everything is good as well. I ask them for resolve the problem by cauterization of the uterus I’m 50 old women with 2 kids they said they can’t do nothing like that or anything else for resolving my suffering all that they capable of is blood refills. I feel bad for every person that got in this hospital, nurses and doctors has absolutely no respect for human beings, i feel like been talking to a bunch of A.I all they care is about they numbers on a sheet blind by their policies not seeing people are suffering. My problem still never been resolved and all i have left is suffering in home at this point."
