He literally asked his staff who I was while outside the door to the exam room. Then had the audacity to schedule a follow up phone call for results that lasted exactly 59 seconds and then proceeded to charge my insurance company for a 10-20 minute phone call and copay. Check your bills! He’s over charging you."
