"Dr Gecht is hands down one of the best diagnostician s I have ever come across. Has been my primary (and the family's go to) for over 15 years. Great sense of humor but doesn't joke around when it comes to your health...he'll yell at you for not following directions and take it easy with you when u do. Adore him!! Usually No long waits and pleasant atmosphere. Office staff is friendly and helpful when u need, but terrible when it comes to answering calls (they always return calls quickly), and usually not very accommodating or timely with getting me the paperwork I need easily (..unless it's their policies that need some flexibility) Building relationships with key staff helps. Highly recommend."

"Dr.Gecht is probably the NICEST guy and doctor I have ever met!! Hands down a true gentleman with great personality..nothing stiff or condescending out of his mouth. As for all the bad reviews about his staff...well...i didn't see that at all. Front desk...pleasant....tech..even more pleasant...you ppl need to lighten up...if I could give this man 10 stars I would!!"

"The Doctors are great but front desk staff is terrible. My wife and I finally had to find a new doctor after she made an emergency appointment to see the doctor and when she showed up they told her, with a nasty attitude, that she lied about making an appointment and could not see the doctor. When she asked to talk to the supervisor she was met with more attitude. We have never experienced this level of unprofessional behaviour before. Good Riddance! I have since returned to this doctor's office, since a friend told me that the front desk staff was replaced."

"Dr. Gecht is a wonderful doctor, however his staff is rude, and unprofessional. I have not seen this doctor since I was pregnant with my twins in 2013. I called the doctor's office earlier this year to make a doctors appointment because I was sick and I was left on long holds then transferred to an office manager who rudely let me know I owe a $300 doctor bill and therefore I cannot see the doctor until my bill is paid! What bill?? I've always had insurance and doesn't doctors take an oath to help the sick regardless of compensation? I am filing a formal complaint against the practice and unfortunately Dr Gecht as well. As I recently tried to make another appointment and was denied service for a bill they cannot prove I owe! Very disappointed. ..I would not recommend this practice! !"
