Dr. Mohammad Zgheib

"This review is not about Dr. Zgheib but his unprofessional and rude medical biller. She is clueless when it comes to billing secondary insurances. Claim was never submitted to secondary insurance meanwhile I was being billed for the balance. Tried several times to resolve the issue but her excuse was " I will call you back I am speaking to an adjuster"- never received phone call back, had to chase her for few days. I was also not able to speak to the billing manager because one week she was on vacation, the second week " she was doing surgery". I also contacted my insurance company and when we had 3 way call she wouldn't let me speak and hang up on me several times. I think Dr. Zgheib should find a professional new biller that knows how to talk to patients!"

"Best Doctor ever,I went thru a whole lot of side effects and conditions after an allergic reaction to a medication in emergency room.Every single doctor ive seen after couldnt find what i had some even treated me as if i was crazy because EKG was always normal in emergency room so they will send me home feeling like i was having a heart attack,DR salman in first appoinment found out what was going on,Him and the staff was very sweet and very understanding. Took hes time to examine me and listened to everything Also explained every thing to me about what was going on the whys and the how to manage my condition. I recoment this doctor 100% i bring my mom and step dad also,He gets back to you personally if you call with any concerns.. Hes great and the staff too,Only doctor that has treated me like a human being."
