"This is the most unprofessional hospital,I unfortunately had to come to! Between FDNY ambulance trying to sleep with people, the staff trying to be union dictators. Staff walk off leaving unattended for 40 minutes, the need uncover monitoring and reorganizing immediately!!!!!!"
"Walked into this hospital tonight at 10:00pm and advised the attendant that I had shortness of breath, and she asked for my name, printed me a band and said someone will call you. It's 10:45pm and with shortness of breath no one called me. The place is so dirty, and aolder man playing music as the security guard his behind a see through glass door....horrible this emergency room is this horrible"
"DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 3-5 HOURS TO SPARE. I don't know if they have a doctor shortor or what, but the time's that I have seen a doctor it took 15 minutes max with the doctor and another 15 minutes for my xray. So why are people waiting hours when they spend a short time with the doctor. This place does not care about your immediate needs or pain. You're better off somewhere else. I was I so much pain and after an hour I couldn't take it anymore after hearing there were 2 women still waiting after 5 hours. I left and went to Kamin Health in Crown Heights and they saw me right away."
"Everyone is scared to talk but if we don’t talk how could things get better I visit emergency room today at Brookdale Hospital. The worst I cannot believe a hospital this filthy where the janitors filthy chairs has dust making my allergies bad provide take forever to come you in discomfort pain they don’t care they leave you to die if it gets to that worse not right we pay in taxes paying workers and they’re not getting the job done ridiculous this is people Health New York City needs to get it together when it comes to hospital in black communities."
