"I was nervous at first, but once I talked to everyone I was fine. Dr. Desai was wonderful and very caring. I was there with my sister Mona. She was more nervous than I was. She had to have needles in her eyes, but the doctor calmed her down and it went fine. I didn't have to have any at the time. But I go back to her in September to check and see, if my diabetes is messing with my eyes. She explained everything so clearly and told us we're doing very well, considering our eye problems. "Great staff! As for Dr. Desai, she seemed to ignore my concerns while speaking via headphones to her assistant. I got the answers to my questions from a pamphlet I was given as I was leaving. Macular degeneration is a scary thing. It would have been nice if she took a moment to give me information to help me understand the chances of actually losing my eyesight."
