"I got one piece of paper that needs to be signed and they gave me a 30 day wait. I have never seen my doctor but her daughter is grandmothered into the practice. How does that happen? The mother getting a check off my name but I’ve never seen her! Got blood work done and all of it checked out great! She tells me she wants me to go to her colleague and get checked as well. No ma’am…I’m not your pass around patient! So now I’m stuck waiting for a piece of paper that she told me before she wouldn’t sign! Make it make sense. What you think this is? A Tuskegee experiment and everyone getting paid! Do better! I still want to see the mother (whose name is on this card) not her daughter. You think I just take prescriptions from someone that isn’t my doctor? Medicaid! You gotta check this out!"

"My Church Sister/friend had an appt. at 11:00am. We arrived @11:15 & waited for 3 he's. 45 min to be seen by a Dr. Add to that, the restroom is atrocious! No tp & when I informed the receptionist, she said she'd let maintenance know. The walls in the restroom are dirty & have been for awhile. It looks like a porta-potty. Clean up your act & treat your patients with respect. Enough said!"

"Every time I visit this office I wait no less than 2 hours to even get called back. Today I was scheduled at 11am.. And at 2pm I was still waiting.... Oh but not just waiting.... Sitting in a room full of sick, loud, coughing, touchy, patients with no regard for others as well.. I was not informed that the staff had taken lunch and spent my morning sitting around. I have been a patient here for two years and have never even met my doctor. She gets my insurance payments... And I don't even get seen. Today I walked out. The unprofessional nature of this office as a whole is very poor."

"This place is full with unprofessional people, bad customer service, and the assistant nurse kept messing up my paper work writing wrong information because she couldn't spell, Had to redo my paper work, the doctor didnt even check me at all she just wrote a prescription down and gave it to me, every time I call they never pick up and if they do its with a nasty attitude, worse experience ever, broken door handle messy rooms disgusting. I'ts been 2 weeks and Im still waiting for the doctor to sign my college volunteer physical paper which takes 2 seconds. Don't waste your time guys find a better office and doctor"

"Do not recomand this doctor at all i been going to this doctor for years i barely see her when i ask for her i end up seeing another dr mansor he dont cheak me well i told him i needed blood work done and he gave me appointment for 4pm thats when they stop doing blood work who does that he has attuide and the black reseptionist at desk is nasty with an attuide the nurses have nice attuide"
