"Horrible service by the doctors and office staff. The female doctor was very dismissive and made a wrong diagnosis and suggested me to get intrusive treatment despite there being other non invasive options before taking that medicine route. 2 other doctors had to intervene to resolve the issue. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called for assistance with medication and was told if I wanted it so bad to show up. I am extremely sick and bed ridden and cannot go. I explained how I caught a virus at this practice and the office girl said “did we take care of you indoor or outdoors?” You can only get sick outdoors. Rude, unprofessional, uneducated."

"Dr Quinones is a nice doctor and my family and I have been going to his office for years. However the experience has been horrible the past few years due to the staff at the front desk. Very unprofessional staff at the front desk and blame the patients for everything. I call to make a regular check up and get told to call back on the day that I would like to be seen which makes no sense. You wait months and months for an appointment and then when you finally go to your appointment at a scheduled time you are seen hours after your time. Basically lose a day at this office just to be seen for 5 minutes. And when you make a complaint about their service you are called rude. This office needs a change and fast. I will no longer be coming to this practice."

"I just went for a first time appointment with Dr. Ariel Quinones yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I sought his help because I was having trouble with severe insomnia and depression & couldn't find a specialist available so because he was close and met my hrs of availability I made the appointment. As someone who has trouble being open with doctors that was not at all the case with Dr. Quinones he made me feel so comfortable I was able to tell him stuff I didn't tell previous therapists. Not only did he prescribe me medication for my issues he's helping me with a referral to land a therapist; and yeah I just loved feeling that he truely cared about my situation when it was my first time seeing him. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a good caring primary doctor."

"I don't know why they have horrible reviews but some people are just impatient and when you go to a doctor that is booked all the time you have to wait. This means he's a great doctor! I am a new patient and had an appointment for the last week of this month but got ill and called for an earlier appointment. They were booked and still gave me an appointment which they are not supposed to do because I am a new patient but they did. They answered my phone calls everytime I called and they were super professional and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mind you they are a super busy office so if you can't wait and get impatient with the staff this place is not for you. I expected to wait hours which I was ok with but was seen in 30 minutes. I am glad I decided not to bother with the comments because I felt comfortable and taken care of. Glad this will be my new doctor."
