"Got blood work done 2 months ago. I call the office multiple times a week to discuss my results and Dr. Goodgold is miraculously never there. At this point I'm 100% sure they lost my results. UCHA portal doesn't even work so I can't even see the labs or bring them to another doctor to explain them to me. Been on the "call-back" list for 2 months. They take FOREVER and the staff will run you in circles until you give up. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!"

"This office is the worst! Trying to get through to the main office is awful. Forever on hold, I leave messages for Dr. Goodgold to call me back and he never does, days go by without hearing from anyone. I always have to place a 2nd or 3rd even 4th phone call before hearing back from anyone. The worst ever!"

"Been a patient about 30 yrs. Great Dr. miss his old partner Dr. Liefer. Office is busy too busy at times. Like that the urgent care on Westfield Ave Elizabeth is affiliated. Been there a few times and took mom once. Awesome."

"The staff is horrible. I was seen by Dr.Goodgold. On 4/4/19 I had a EKG. He prescribed medication form me. I stood at the desk, and was advised they sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I went there. They never sent the prescription. I called the office, Garwood office who advised me there were no medications entered, and to call the service. The lady was rude, didn't put the phone on hold, and was in backround saying, " I can't deal with these people, " why is she working there? Along with other comments. The staff lies, dosen't deserve to work there. Dr. Goodgold has been my Doctor for 30 years Dr. Liefer and Sawh. I have never seen his office run so poorly. The do not return calls, answer phones. I watched the Doctor write fivd medication down for sinuses and muscular. He wrote them on paper also yhat I gave the desk. The assistant told me she sent them. Dr. Goodgold office advised md nothing was done anx they did not enter into tge computer."
