"Left work early and took my son out of camp early, to then wait for more than an hour to be called from the waiting room. 70 minute wait. Then after meeting the doctor we waited 15 minutes for blood tests and then another 30 min for allergy testing. The entire appointment took 3 hours. Then we scheduled a followup telephone call appointment to get the results and I arranged to be available and no one called. When I called the office they were closed and I left a voicemail. No one called back. I just received an automated text about missing the appointment. No complaints about the quality of the doctor, but in my experience this place is remarkably disorganized or respectful of patients time."
"When I initially arrived at Dr. Iqbal’s office I was experiencing extreme severe asthma attacks. With a change in medication and additional treatments, I am happy to say that my condition has improved immensely in one week. Thank you and I would recommend this pulmonologist to others."
"The most chaotic, unorganized medical office I have ever been to, and I usually had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. My care was mismanaged, my prescriptions were never filled correctly or on time, and neither myself nor my pharmacy could ever get anyone on the phone."
"This.Dr's office is not functioning at all. To do simple procedures by assistants, and getting documents by admins, EVERYTHING is so slow. My appointment was 4:15pm for the first visit. I was at the office three hours to get done all tests and talk to the Dr....... however I was not feeling well... Because "they are busy" but everybody works at the office is very slow and they probably overbook patients more than they can take care of. Additionally, my request for the phone call appointment was forgotten....They took three days to give me all medical records..........because they said they are busy.... Finally they did not make an appointment for next visit at the time I requested over the phone. They have no consideration for patient's time and health condition AT ALL. I would not suggest this Dr's office unless you are ok with wasting your time!"
"so I came here because I found him on ZocDoc because of all the good reviews, but it turned out to be completely misleading. This does not feel like a regular doctors office. It’s a cash only place (huge red flag!!) and seems to cater to a certain “clientele”. First, I saw the doctor for only two minutes where he quickly asked general yes/no questions, read my bpm using one of those finger readers and said he was going to perscribe me an inhaler for asthma. Mind you, he did not do a complete in depth medical history of me, nor did he run any tests prior to seeing me that proved I had asthma. Wait time was extremely long to the point where I wanted to walk out. Also, they had to called an ambulance on a lady in the waiting room in the hours we spent waiting to see the doctor. Nurses were nice tho, and after seeing the doctor then they ran all these tests on me (which felt weird). I asked for my results but they said they can not show or release them to me I have to come back to follow up with the doctor. Just a scam and waste of time. Look for reputable pulmonologists in Manhattan that aren’t running a shady practice."
