"During my first visit, I was very nearly in tears. Today, after a month and a half, I feel stronger and confident that I can continue my fitness journey independently. Martin, my therapist (and an angel from on high), is super knowledgeable. He took great care to break down the information about my injuries and about how each exercise would help me. I had consulted physical therapists and personal trainers throughout my life, but nobody had taught me how to brace my core until now. Nobody had taught me that with every inch you move your head forward it gains an extra 10 lbs in weight, which can wreak all kinds of havoc on your neck and upper back.
